Where is the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh (ICP)?
We are located at 4100 Bigelow Boulevard in the Schenley Farms National Historic District of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our offices are located at the Parkman Avenue entrance of the center.

When are prayer times?
We have two Jumu’ah services: our Arabic service starts at 12:15 PM and our English service starts at 1:15 PM. Each service typically lasts 30 minutes. Please refer to our home page or the “Athan+” app for our prayer schedule and iqama times.

Why does the ICP have two jumuahs and two Eids? And why is one jumuah before the time of thuhr during the summer daylight savings time?

As is not uncommon for masjids in big cities in America, we have two sessions to accommodate the large number of worshipers that prefer coming to ICP during the common lunch hours of our constituents (12 - 1 and 1 - 2). We have consulted scholars and there aremany fatawa on the subject from AMJA (Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America) one may read up on if in doubt.

How can I learn more about Islam or even schedule a tour of the masjid?
Please use the religious director contact form to arrange a tour of the ICP. The imam will respond in due time and work out scheduling and how to cater your visit or inquiry.

How do I best contact the ICP?
