Parking is permitted on Bigelow Blvd., Parkman Ave., Tennyson Ave., and Lytton Ave. between 11am and 7pm with a Parking Variance. The Youth Expo Parking Variance is available in the ICP lobbies or can be downloaded here.  You may park on these streets at these times ONLY IF the Parking Variance is displayed in your car. The Parking Variance does NOT permit you to park for free at the metered parking spots. Please remember to be respectful to our neighbors and do not block their driveways.

Visitors without a Parking Variance may legally park in the area for up to one hour. This is in effect every day from 7am – 7pm, except for Sundays.
