General Body Meetings

According to the bylaws, general body meetings are called at least twice every calendar year, with the first meeting called no later than June 1st. The second General Body Meeting will be held on the first Sunday in December. The meeting shall be known as the General Body Meeting, open to all members of the ICP.

The General Body Meeting is presided over by the President of ICP or a member of the Board of Directors designated by the President.

Special Body Meeting

For additional meetings, a special meeting can be called.

In case of necessity, the President, the Board of Directors by a majority vote, or 1/3 of the members by writing to the Secretary, may call a special meeting of the ICP’s members. This meeting must be held within (30) thirty days of the request

If a vote is required, only voting members can vote.
