Board and Policies
ICP is run by an elected Board of Directors, who hold all the responsibilities of the institution. The Board of Directors appoints an Executive Committee (E.C.) who runs the day-to-day affairs of the masjid. The E.C. consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Above all bodies, the members of ICP have ultimate control and can execute that power in accordance with the bylaws.

In accordance with the ISNA arbitration ruling, an interim board is currently in place. After elections on December 4th, a regular board will be put in place. Interim Board:

Staff
Staff are paid employees who handle various aspects of the daily operations at ICP
- Director/Outreach Coordinator/Imam: Abdusemih A. Tadese
Director of ICP, manages day-to-day activities of ICP in accordance with E.C. and Board. Responsible for Outreach and outreach programs. Secondary function, to perfom general Imam services in conjunction with primary Imam, i.e. conducting the general prayer services at ICP, teaching classes, performing marriages, conducting funerals, Q&A for ask the imam, member of the zakat committee, performs counseling sessions, performs lectures to teach about Islam.
- Imam/Chaplain/Youth Coordinator: Atef Mahgoub
Primary Imam of ICP, gives religious lectures, performs marriages, does hospital chaplaincy, Q&A for ask the imam, teaches various classes, assists the HFTC program, performs counseling sessions, a member of the zakat committee, and also a leader of the MYICP youth group.
- Office Manager(s): Khadijah El-Gamal and Angel Arafat
Responsible for organizing and managing office, financial, and business affairs, including donations, reminder letters, emails, phone calls, website design and management, bulletin boards, Friday cook manager, assistant to the weekend school and Summer Program, Group coordinator of the Food Program.
- Full-Time Custodian: AbdelKader Tabeti, AbdelAziz Bellaume
Responsible for the cleaning and set up of the upstairs and downstairs of the Islamic center of Pittsburgh for Friday Prayers and Sunday School.
- Part-Time Custodian: Ismael Bundy
Responsible for shopping and running errands.
